What a sensible opening order looks like
THC Vape is a specification decision before it is a price decision. Get the resistance, the capacity and the packaging right and the price conversation becomes short. Get them wrong and no discount will rescue the order.
We source THC vape products from a small group of factories we have worked with for years. That means a specification can be held across repeat orders instead of being re-qualified from scratch every quarter. Consistency is a boring selling point and it is also the entire game.
A practical starting order for importers is 200 units across two or three SKUs, not 200 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Lead times, freight and landed cost
For repeat buyers we hold a shipping schedule rather than shipping on request. A fixed weekly cut-off means your reorder lands before the shelf empties instead of after.
Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.
How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 3.57 to 9.72 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
A landed cost sheet for THC vape has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.

The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.

How long does production take?
