What your market will ask for

Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. Where the margin really sits
Unit price breaks usually land at 60, 240 and 480 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
We publish a realistic band of 3.20 to 10.46 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
Cosmetic grading is written down, not argued about. Minor scuffs inside the tolerance band are accepted; anything that would make a customer put the unit back on the shelf is rejected. Your staff should never have to explain a finish defect to a paying customer.

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.

What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
