Getting the documents right

We prepare test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets for each shipment and we ask for your destination list early so artwork matches the market.

If you sell into a market that requires child-resistant packaging, say so at quotation stage. Retrofitting a CR closure onto a finished bottle design usually means a new mould and a four week delay.

How the price is actually built

We publish a realistic band of 3.52 to 9.38 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For importers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

Specification summary

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.
